Can I block off volleyball tournament weekends?
Yes. Close a single day or a range of dates, with a reason. Those times are never offered, and any lessons already booked inside them are cancelled, refunded under your coach-cancellation rules, and the families notified.
Can beach volleyball partners split the cost of a lesson?
Yes. Set a price for a two-player session. When one parent books their player with a partner from another family, the cost is split evenly and the other family is asked to pay their share.
Can I still take Venmo or cash for volleyball lessons?
Yes. Card and bank payments are paid out to your bank, and you can also turn on Venmo or cash. Those lessons show as unpaid until you mark them received with one tap.
How much does NXT REPS cost?
NXT REPS is free to start. The Free plan has no monthly fee — just a 1% booking fee on lessons paid through the app. NXT REPS Pro is $10/month with a lower 0.5% booking fee and unlocks every feature.
Who pays the credit card processing fee?
Where card rules and state law allow it, the parent does, as a credit card surcharge of at most 3% shown before they book. Debit and prepaid cards can't be surcharged, and a few states (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine) don't allow it — then the processing cost comes out of your payout. NXT REPS never adds to it or keeps any of it, and every lesson's breakdown is in your payout history.
