Questions swim instructors ask
Can parents book back-to-back swim lessons for siblings?
Yes. A parent can add more than one session to the same checkout — for example back-to-back lessons for two siblings — and pay for both at once. You can also give a family a sibling rate with per-athlete pricing.
Can I offer 30-minute swim lessons?
Yes. Each lesson type has its own lengths and prices, such as a 30-minute private and a 45-minute stroke session, and NXT REPS lays out start times that fit those lengths.
Can families keep the same swim lesson time every week?
Yes. With recurring lessons a family keeps their weekly slot; upcoming weeks are booked and charged to their saved card automatically, skipping any dates you've blocked off.
How much does NXT REPS cost?
NXT REPS is free to start. The Free plan has no monthly fee — just a 1% booking fee on lessons paid through the app. NXT REPS Pro is $10/month with a lower 0.5% booking fee and unlocks every feature.
Who pays the credit card processing fee?
Where card rules and state law allow it, the parent does, as a credit card surcharge of at most 3% shown before they book. Debit and prepaid cards can't be surcharged, and a few states (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine) don't allow it — then the processing cost comes out of your payout. NXT REPS never adds to it or keeps any of it, and every lesson's breakdown is in your payout history.
