FAQ
NXT REPS is free to start. The Free plan has no monthly fee — just a 1% booking fee on lessons paid through the app. NXT REPS Pro is $10/month with a lower 0.5% booking fee and unlocks every feature.
Where card rules and state law allow it, the parent does, as a credit card surcharge of at most 3% shown before they book. Debit and prepaid cards can't be surcharged, and a few states (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine) don't allow it — then the processing cost comes out of your payout. NXT REPS never adds to it or keeps any of it, and every lesson's breakdown is in your payout history.
No. Parents tap your link, pick a time, sign the waiver and pay as a guest in a few taps. They get an email to create an account later if they want to see their bookings, save a card, or rebook faster.
Card and bank (ACH) payments are deposited to your bank account through Stripe — choose your payout schedule, or tap Pay out now whenever you want your balance. You can also accept Venmo or cash and mark those lessons as paid with one tap.
Yes. A parent can lock in the same weekly time slot. NXT REPS automatically books upcoming weeks and charges their saved card, skipping any dates you've blocked off.
No. A time slot is locked the instant it's booked, so two parents can never grab the same lesson — even if they tap at the same moment. Your days off and blocked times are never offered.
Yes. Set lesson prices by type and length, then adjust pricing for individual athletes — like a sibling or loyalty rate. Parents only ever see their own final price.
Yes. Upload your liability waiver once and every athlete signs it digitally before their first lesson. Your cancellation policy is shown at checkout, and refunds are one click from your bookings.
Yes. Booking confirmations, lesson reminders, cancellations, reschedules and payment receipts can all be rewritten in your own words for text and email, and you choose how many hours before a lesson the reminder goes out.
Yes. Import your current families from a CSV file or add them by hand, and NXT REPS sends each one an invite to your booking page.
